Weekly impressions

Abode network data, 17 August 2026. “Live” means seen online in the last seven days. Weekly impressions use one formula, applied the same way every time: screens × 720 plays per screen per day × 7 × an audience multiplier of 2.03. The 720 figure is a deliberately conservative flat rate rather than a best case, and we will show you the working behind any specific plan.

What we mean by “leading”: audience quality, not network size. 46% of Abode screens and 49% of Abode buildings sit in the top tier of the leading UK consumer-classification system — a materially higher concentration than the residential networks we compete with, whose estates skew to mid-market stock. We are not the largest residential network in the UK by screen count, and we do not claim to be. We share the full comparison, and the basis behind it, against a live brief.

87% of residents find the screens in their building informative or useful. No cameras. No charges. No intrusion. Independent research by Norstat, base: all respondents (66).
Why Abode

Why brands choose Abode

Better targeting — reaching an audience around their daily rhythms, in the spaces they trust most. Abode's audience genuinely complements a campaign by reaching people other out-of-home cannot.

Why residential

Not all screens are equal. Here is what makes Abode different.

What makes Abode's residential network fundamentally different from anything else in out-of-home.

A dream audience

Premium, urban and tech-savvy — reached where they are most receptive

An upscale audience who trust messages in the residential environment. In the census output areas containing Abode buildings, 55% of residents are aged 25 to 44 — against 34% across London as a whole. Premium brand and product purchasers, but also heavy consumers of everyday-living categories, as befits their urban lifestyle. Active and aspirational, in roles from city executives to digital professionals.

ONS Census 2021, output-area level, apartment-weighted across the 235 buildings that match to an output area, from our full 241-building footprint rather than the 219 live buildings quoted above. Census geography predates several of the newer towers, which makes 55% a conservative floor.

In-Home

Residents can act on messages in proximity to retailers as they engage their lifestyle rhythms across the day. 88% of purchase decisions are made in the home, and 89% of purchases are planned and discussed with others.

Audience Precision

Every location is individually profiled with verified demographic and rental data. Nearly half the network — 46% of screens, 49% of buildings — sits in the top tier of the leading UK consumer-classification system. Renting in these buildings typically requires a minimum pre-tax income of around £98,000, so you can target the right audience building by building.

The £98,000 is a tenant-referencing threshold derived from the rent itself (weekly rent × 130), not a measured household-income survey.

Vertical Living

An on-trend high-rise lifestyle characterised by community, convenience, retail proximity, green spaces and sustainable living. A plug-and-play lifestyle for a predominantly 25-to-44 resident base, friendly to flexible working. Facilities include concierge services, gyms, coworking spaces and cinemas — and are pet-friendly.

Proven Effectiveness

Residents pass lobby screens multiple times daily in a trusted environment. No competing ads, no scroll-past. Independently verified research provides evidence that the format works — for both ROI and brand effect.

A trusted environment

High frequency, in a space residents trust

Residents pass our screens multiple times daily — on the way to work, collecting deliveries, heading to the gym. In a low-clutter lobby setting, your message commands attention at the moments when decisions are forming.

Abode screens are part of the building, not an interruption. That is why 87% of residents tell independent researchers the screens in their building are informative or useful.

Our work

Campaigns that delivered

Real campaigns run on the Abode network, with results measured by independent research and the brands' own data. This is what residential media delivers when the audience is right.

We have invested in proven-effectiveness campaign data to demonstrate that the format works — for both ROI and branding. Campaigns across a range of brands have delivered strong, definable effects, driven by the precision of postcode location, community living and the impact of our high-attention screen locations. All campaigns shown are anonymised.

Two bases, both from the same 17 August 2026 network data. Footprint counts every installed screen and every building holding one — 291 screens in 241 buildings, which is what the table and map above show. • UK marketers who bought programmatic DOOH last year forecast that 47% of their campaigns will include pDOOH over the next 18 months, up from 34% today. Globally, 99% of recent buyers expect to increase or maintain pDOOH investment, with an average anticipated uplift of 44%.
  • 66% of UK marketers associate programmatic DOOH with brand-safe delivery, including protection against bots and click fraud — joint second-highest of the attributes tested, and 10 points ahead of non-programmatic DOOH. Our resident-approved, low-clutter environment is built for exactly that standard.
  • “In 2025, we significantly increased our use of indoor screens, moving beyond a solely outdoor focus. This shift has been particularly valuable, as access to first-party data enables more precise and effective targeting.”
Susana Garcia-Calderon — Senior Performance Planning & Optimisation Director, Kinesso UK&I As more inventory has become available programmatically, buyers have been able to unlock a wider range of contextual placements. Residential is one of the few genuinely new indoor environments now trading.
